International Trucks Discussion Thread
Re: International Trucks Discussion Thread
That makes sense, this is where I saw the SBA thing. Should be a typo for sure.

A26 sound is needed. SCS gotto sort the sound problem or they just need to work with Kriechbaum. if they cannot visit US . Even if they go to the US, they needed to fix their truck sound anyway .

For the A26 I'm using Kriechbaum's MAN D2676 sounds, close enough lol

Honestly, I think the X15 in the Internatioanls in ATS sounds pretty close to the real thing. It's not the worst engine sound from SCS, and I actually quite like it.
Re: International Trucks Discussion Thread
@supersobes I like LoneStar engine sound too, but it's from LoneStar. So it's better to have a new remix for LT. Each truck with its own sound.

Re: International Trucks Discussion Thread
the hood is shaped differently but the rest is the same, there wont be much sound difference other then between the 2 engine manufacturers

But they can make a new remix to feel you are with another truck. Otherwise, with the same interior, roof camera view and engine sound, people will think they have only one truck.
They already did it (and very well) with WS 49X.

The Cummins x15 sounds from the LoneStar is fine, especially if you tweak it using the ingame sliders. I would have liked to have the A26 sounds though.

One thing i like about the LT,is the hood mirrors. They have the perfect size and are positionned just right,in my opinion.
Wish i could say good comments about the dash layout.I'm not a big fan of it.
The engine sound could be better. It's not the worst sound, but not the best either.

Yeah, they are very good, I made 5 or 6 long trips and I feel great using them. However, unlike you, i also really like the dash layout. The truck is cute, but for some reason I really miss my Anthem, I put around 200.000 miles in it and I guess I'm going to drive it till it will fall apart.
I have approximate knowledge of many things
