In pic 4, what are the lines on the mountains in the background? Little imperfections on the work in progress, or do they mark a logging road to rival the one near Medford?

Furthermore, I consider that I-80 across Nevada must be redone next.

Highlands are needed in ATS, because asphalt roads are very boring.

The good thing is, that after Washington is finished, there will be less and less coridor driving. But i think I´m not going to buy Washington until Utah will be released. I just can´t stand Las Vegas anymore.... with Washington it would be only worse.

I didn't know ferries in the US was a thing. Nonetheless I am looking forward to it!
If it is stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.

I'm good with Washigton, now west coast is done (almost ), ANY new state further will improve ATS map exponentially. Yes, i like SCS logic.

Those of you that say "I'm pissed right now for more corridor driving", remember this might be the first year we get two states, the other being Utah… So hold your horses until everything is revealed

The Washington State Ferry system is one of the busiest in the world, if not the busiest one overall.
I'm pleased to see that I will get to drive my home state sometime this year.
I recognized both the Keystone (Coupeville) ferry terminal and the Deception Pass Bridge.
Fun Fact: the Keystone ferry terminal got renamed recently to the Coupeville ferry terminal as that is the closest town.
It's still located on the Keystone Spit, though.
