ATS teasers - entry at your own risk (danger of insomnia, anxiety etc.)

Exactly the type of piggy back as shown by SCS:

The first truck on the Z-Wing and the rest attached to the fifth wheel.

Good morning everyone:
I have a quick question - what is the difference between the double trailers in the game now versus the b-doubles?
Is it how they connect (dolly vs fifth wheel) and how they drive?
Thank you for the clarification!

In the standard double, the second semi-trailer is attached to the dolly, which is attached to the first semi-trailer. In the B-double, the second trailer is attached to the 5th wheel which is located on the first trailer.

On the B double, instead of a dolly, the 5th wheel is one solid piece that is made on the lead trailer. The link is not a US truck but b-doubles are still the same.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

@SCS
Regarding the "skeletal container carrier", the quad-axle configuration with the first axle moved forward on dual wheels looks too much like a Canadian SPIF axle configuration. If it is your intent to mimic the axle configuration that we actually use on our container trailers in Washington and Oregon in real life, the first axle is should be a steer axle with single wheels.

I hope you give us the option for a steer axle configuration, as that is the most common in Washington and Oregon in real life.

I see the container market didn't followed and is yet to make a container that takes all the length for this one
How long are this things? There is a reason for it to be so much longer than the container? Or it is just bragging rights for having "big guns"
It seems to fit a 53ft container + the neck length

Hi dsalazar1715, your last two pictures are the same. And yes, these "skeleton container carrier" are 100% included in the update 1.35 which is assumed todsalazar1715 wrote: ↑28 Mar 2019 05:47 Hi everyone, I hope they are all right, here again, what struck me most was that the blog was maybe a few final words? Maybe we will also finally see 4-axle trucks?
