Shouldn't the last sidelight on the trailer also be red?

Yes, the rear corner of the trailer must have red lights on the side of it. The front corner must have amber lights on the side of it.

Mannn. Look at 2nd place. That is a surprise. Last I looked it was behind. I actually have a vote in for car transport, lol. With California getting rebuilt and with Texas coming, they are two of the strong economies there is until we can get Michigan in the game where the car industry thrives. It would be cool to see what the 1st and 2nd largest states in the lower 48 can do. With such diverse economies, it would be pretty cool to haul more diverse cargo from California to Texas. Its not exactly coast to coast but its coast to Gulf. I'd like to see more cargo made for shipping containers doing California to Texas runs.

Voted for tanker and other(specify):

I was thinking that since waste is a part of life, SCS could create Transfer Station prefabs (in cities) where all waste type are there waiting to be hauled to a final destination:
landfill prefab, material recovery facility prefab, anaerobic digester prefab and mulch or composting facility prefab.
It could add another "trucking branch" to the game! It would be a more TL local approach ( I know the game is based on TL OTR) but, as an example, the landfill that my municipality owns is at around 200 kilometers away for one way so it still a nice two trip a day you could do!

Anyway, these are the trailers usually used:

Trailer usually used for landfill waste (garbage):

Trailer usually used for recyclable material and yard waste:

I'm actually hoping that one day recycling and landfill depots will actually come to ATS. There is plenty of space to add lanfields considering they are in no mans land parts of the city.

@arthurcfbr My only suggestion is to drop the Double Drop deck from the line with the Step Deck (the single drop deck). They are two different trailer types. We have the Double Drop Deck that came with 1.39 with the Lowboy update.

I love this thread though. Slowly but surely, these are coming off the board. These are easier to pull off than trucks. No licenses involved....yet. There is a license trailer SCS has since 2018 but we haven't seen it yet.

If Texas can pull off another 1-2 trailer types, I'd be pumped. Tankers should be a given with Texas. What else is a 50/50 shot. I'd love to finally see the Step Deck sooner than later. I think tankers could be pretty deep though. I wouldn't be surprised if we got 2-3 types there and in multiple axle configurations and setups.

I'm not sure what all we get with Texas but if SCS believes in the slogan, everything is bigger in Texas, maybe it comes loaded with trailers.

You don't like skyscrapers? In all seriousness, though, if they fixed what was broken first, instead of just adding new stuff, the game would be far better. Fixing the van and reefer trailers, the cattle trailer, and at least one of the heavy cargo loads are things that immediately come to mind.
