@bobbrey1997 Thanks. That's where I was thinking the sign might be. It's a disappointment that there is no street view on that road.

I did find a sign saying that at the exit itself. The only difference is that there's a truck icon instead of that of an airport.

Also, it looks like that screenshot was taken from above Airport Rd, which is closer to 2000 feet from the exit for receiving than a mile.

@rbsanford Thanks! I missed that. It's reassuring to know that the phrasing on the real-life signage was reflected in-game.

At this point, I won't second guess SCS signage much with natvander on board. There is a reason for everything and 98% of the time, I am betting SCS will be close enough moving forward.

The Boeing prefab definitely looks awesome. I can't wait to dev cam it to see how huge it is. I am really interested in seeing how much ships in and out of that place. Darwing trailers are seen all over the current map so I wonder if that is just the way the trailers are spawning, or if there is a chance parts are really coming from all over.

For ST, I am so hoping for a fuselage. Not realistic to true life, but for an ATS fan, it would be perfect to what I posted here last year when ST was announced. What ever it is, if SCS is saying ST, it has got to be big. Stating that is is heavy haul is a different story. Heck, I will take loads in both forms.

If it's not a fuselage, or at least a segment of one, it would probably be a wing or tail fin, or maybe even a 777 engine, which is just enormous. Whatever it is, it should be interesting.

I tried to search for it, but only found Western Peterbilt - Marysville, a Peterbilt seller/dealer.
Ohhhh... then I'm probably wrong. I took it that Western Peterbilt meant their western plant in Washington. Sorry about that.

The Everett Boeing assembly plant is where they made the B-17 bombers for WWII. They built half of all the 17s produced for WWII. I believe it's also the home of Rosie the Riveter.

I've hauled ass down the road to deliver new cars and trucks, fuel, freight, and produce. Now I'm addicted to ATS doing the same thing in a simulation.

Negative. The Everett factory was built in 1967 to start building the 747. The B-17s were built in Seattle Boeing Plant No 2 which was across the street from Boeing Field. It's now empty tarmac for plane parking.

I'd hate to further correct you, GT182, but Rosie the Riveter was modeled from one of four women, two of them from plants in Michigan, one from Long Island, and the fourth from Alameada, CA. The specific inspiration is debated.

But speaking of B-17s and Boeing Field, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I hope E Marginal Way in Seattle will be included, since it runs along the field and passes the Museum of Flight, which features a pavilion next to the road that includes a B-17 prominently displayed, along with a B-25. There's also a 787, Concorde, and the first Air Force One on display, in case SCS wants to cut down on military influence.

Well, apparently not entirely.
For me, this is the end of the Streetviewed road:
