Re: Utah Discussion Thread
US-56 and 30 are definitely my top two for future additions. US-56 is obvious and has been discussed plenty, and US-30 is the fastest route between Elko and Logan by almost half an hour according to Google Maps, which I think is more than enough grounds for inclusion.
The more roads the better of course, but I'd be happy with just those two. None of the missing roads in the southern half of the state, despite being scenic, are actually the fastest routes between any two points in the game, so it would be hard to justify the added work.

Re: Utah Discussion Thread
I agree that the Southern routes are not the fastest. Fastest is not always the shortest either. Depends on how people have their gps setup. I play with a wheel so my travel preferences are different than others. I'd rather drive the scenic routes. I doubt SCS adds them but they did have those routes planned. Had they came day one like their dds file showed, no one would be complaining about them I am sure.

Re: Utah Discussion Thread
I remember Clifton, AZ and its road were colored gray on the dds file for New Mexico and we got that at a later update. I assume (hope) that we get the southern Utah roads later too.
Are there any new dds files out there? I don't know where to look for them, just see them when someone posts them here if I happen to look at the right thread.

Re: Utah Discussion Thread
US 89-from Salina to Provo be nice to have as alternative to I-15. UT 56 (and NV 319) Cedar City to Pioche would be nice addition. US-6 would be nice, but think adding UT-56 extension most value by far. Future updates extend some if needed as way motivating players to explore the area again. Its five years later thrown in UT 95 and UT 24 throw in some natural park scenery items little value for logistics, but a way to generate euthanism for the earlier DLC.
Re: Utah Discussion Thread
We will never get a dds file again. They removed them for a reason.

Re: Utah Discussion Thread
I have to say, despite having bought the DLC the day it was out there are a few roads I haven't explored in Utah. I just took a load from Carson City going to Moab and between the scenery on 50 and I-70 it was darn impressive. Really nice drive!
Re: Utah Discussion Thread
Speaking of just discovered, this past weekend, I finally went to the copper mine for the first time. That place is huge. Is there a special transport for that place.

Yeah. I’m pretty sure going from Vernal to SLC, you can take parts of the dump trucks to the mine with Special Transport.
