Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
Now there are 11 confirmed places for Wyoming, (based on the scs blog) if the city of Cody should also be 12 cities, on this map I see 11 places with Cody
Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
If you're thinking of Douglas, there's no confirmation that it'll be anything more than scenic. We just have a picture of a gas station and along I-25.

Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
Douglas is not a worthy enough city to be marked. I'd be upset if it got marked over Cody. Not to mention, that Wiki is not official SCS. That is a fanmade site just like the map in this thread. Ads678 made this map even though it looks like SCS production...its his guess. Same thing that wiki is doing.....guessing. Douglas is scenic at best and the only reason its scenic is to get to WY-59.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
Douglas in the list of marked cities from Wiki is someone's joke. I'm surprised it's still there.
The last update was on July 3rd, before the screenshot of Yellowstone was shown. I'm glad that SCS didn't ignore us and decided to add YS to the game. Too bad it didn't work with Utah and Idaho which were released unfinished.
Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
Lol. Yeah I really hope attention comes to Utah and Idaho at some point. After Texas, manpower will be there. I'd be okay if we got 2 states still after Texas if a team went and added 1-2 roads per state. That speeds up time and the rebuild team won't have to do it.
So if we get Texas and Montana for 2022, some might go to Louisiana and Oklahoma after 2022. If Arkansas can be in play too, let those people spread out over the map for 1 year instead. Save Arkansas for after Louisiana and Oklahoma. With the extra people left over after Texas and Montana, each extra person can take a state. Spend a year on it and add the 1 or 2 most requested roads. If each person can do 1 road per 6 months, we'd get 6 roads for any of the 2-3 updates in 2023.
Oregon. OR-38 and US-26
Washington. US-2 and WA-155
Idaho. ID-28 and ID-21
Utah. UT-12,UT-24, UT-95
Arizona. AZ-260 and US-70
Colorado. US-24 and US-36
New Mexico. US-60 and US-180
That is 12 roads total for a year if only 6 people worked a year on them. Then jump to that 3rd dlc a year for 2024. By then, more people could be hired anyways.

Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
Most of those roads seem like good ideas, although I'd take WA-20 instead of US-2 in Washington, I don't really see the point of ID-28 once Montana arrives (since it kinda runs parallel to US-93 between Challis and Arco), and I'd take a complete US-34 instead of US-36 in Colorado. Perhaps also US-70 over Ruidoso Downs in New Mexico to make the east more accessible (my preference over US-180).
For Idaho, maybe a nice idea would be to give the US-95 coming from Oregon a refresher and connect it with Nampa via the ID-55, or the US-26 coming from western Oregon.

Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
I should have clarified better. I typically always say WA-20/US-2 to Newport and then to Sandpoint. US-2 from Spokane doesn't look like it will fit with the Bushnell farm there. ID-28 is just another road that a lot of people just been asking for. Seems like a nice detour type route. I'd rather ID-3 but I'd be cool with ID-28.
US-34 staggers too much the further it goes East. US-36 is more East to West and easier for SCS to make. Not to mention it goes much further East iirc. I wouldn't mind US-34 connecting US-385 to I-76 though.

Loving the detail with the Whittier - Valdez ferry. Whittier should be marked, with industries. Anton Anderson road-rail tunnel has to be done as well.
Re: ATS concept map (fanmade)
Whittier has a population of about 200, there is no sense to make it marked.
