Goodyear DLC
Re: Goodyear DLC
Oh, they produce a lot: https://selector.goodyeartrucktires.com ... search.cfm (Long Haul and Mixed Service are both suitable for ATS).
Re: Goodyear DLC
SCS just didn't add a lot. You have to have a certain rim first off to get them. Not much of a deal breaker for me. I'll just find what it works on and go from there. I honestly don't care much about rims. The main thing I wanted was to also have them on the trailer. That is where they win with me. So I can't complain too much. The detail and the visuals are fine with me. I don't think they lack dept nor quality. Its a big improvement over the stock SCS tires for sure. I'm fine with the limited tire models but I would have liked for them to be available on a wider selection of rims.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Re: Goodyear DLC
Well I'm O.K. with it as well but I hope some day they'll update and add more variants.
Re: Goodyear DLC
Do the tyres effect MPG and stuff like in ETS2 now?
Re: Goodyear DLC
I could see them updating this dlc as they go.
In a world full of swift drivers, I'm an O/O.

Re: Goodyear DLC
you need to make a decal like they did for the font on it and add a new mesh over itsupersobes wrote: ↑10 May 2021 21:56 Does anyone know how to make this oval paintable like the text is?

Re: Goodyear DLC
Could we learn the imorovent in game instead of checking datas?
Re: Goodyear DLC
Ah, I guess it works by magic then? Because tyre definitions don't have it.
Unless, of course, you meant that they do, but all the same way because every resistance/grip/noise parameter of every tyre has default value. Which is obviously not what the question was about.
Edit: ah, some of them do have some values entered. Very insignificant deviation from default values, it looks like.1
Edit2: and if ETS2 UI were used, every tyre would still show up as C/C. The change is just miniscule.
