Re: Goodyear DLC
Hmm and what is the reason? Gy doesnt make rims so imo it would have been more usefull if it was a paintable seagull lux rim.
Re: Goodyear DLC
I'm guessing they wanted to make the wide rim tires available to those without the wheel tuning pack.

Re: Goodyear DLC
it is like a Dura Black wheel, a special version of it, this one is made for GoodYear, they dont need to make wheels, they can just ask one that already does if they can do a colab, Seagull is an SCS rim, now it is an SCS ft. Goodyear rim also

Re: Goodyear DLC
Looks cool, I've wishlisted this and will probably buy it at some point. I think it would be an instant buy if these could also be seen in AI traffic, both tires and truck/trailer skins.

Re: Goodyear DLC
I dont know how to do it.Because I've never used another color. Personally, I prefer tyres original color.
Re: Goodyear DLC
It's kinda weird how devs decided to add 296 as steers but no drives to pair them with for heavy haul. DuraSeal options are... confusing. No mechanical benefit, exactly the same model, different in name only. Also, all tyre packs by SCS are a bit underwhelming in their visual quality. Tyre surface looks flat, thread needs some work - either in terms of normal/bump maps, or more polygons.
Re: Goodyear DLC
I mentioned something about that myself it doesn't match which isn't a huge deal but a tiny minor thing either way it's cool to have in game!

Re: Goodyear DLC
I agree most of you about performance values and etc.
But I'll talk about Good Year DLC trailer. The first trailer released in 1.40. graphical updates. There is a scene a Kenworth T680 coming from Grand View Canyon Idaho. Just WOW... That scene showed why I prefer ATS over ETS2 and also why I love this game so much. Guess what, I'm heading to the Idaho with my Good Year tyres :p
Now there is a thing that I'm curious about. There isn't much diversity like on tyre options like ETS2. What's the reason ? Good Year doesn't produce different models like they did in Europe or SCS didn't added all versions?
