They were done that way on purpose and have been that way since Utah was released; it was meant to represent breast cancer awareness and many mines around the world paint equipment pink as part of their campaigns.

It's also to signify to the mine workers that the pink trucks can carry a heavier load.

Well today I learned. And I thought it was a bug, how stupid I am. Guess I'm used to textures turning purple with some mods :D

In previous versions of ATS 1.36 and earlier I was using Coyotes Air Brake and Parking Brake mods. Coyote quit updating them. When 1.37 came along, I forgot to disable both mods, so I didn't have any brake sounds at all. So I disabled them from the Mod Manager, and now I can't hear the default Air Brake sounds. I can hear the new parking brake sounds, just not the air brakes on any truck, modded or default.

Is there a way to reset the brake sounds?

I also posted a comment to Kriechbaum's new Mack Anthem engines and asked him if he might be interested in taking over Coyotes mods. We'll see how that goes.

Or, if it is easy enough to update workshop mods, and I can find a tutorial about updating if there is one, I might think about doing it.

Going back to the directional sounds again, I found a strange thing about it. If I turn the camera as far right as it will go so that I am looking into the sleeper, I can hear the engine just fine in both headphones. It makes it feel like the sound is coming from the sleeper. Is that where the sound locator for the engine sounds is? Can't they put it under the hood rather than in the cab?

@Tuddley3 I was using coyote’s brake sounds to. In anticipation for 1.37 I disabled all sound mods and I have no problem with sounds. You can try to revert to 1.36 deactivate all sound mods and then go to 1.37 again

Ps before you revert to 1.36 activate the mods again

Hello, why are we constantly being deceived? when the engine starts, the computer first emits a beeping sound, and the Mack logo lights up, but not on one truck the computer does not emit audible signals, even flickering like a small audible signal from a computer causes pleasant feelings of realism, and developers are appreciated for the fact that they pay attention to such little things.
