C2C, CanadaDreams and Mexico maps are not dlc's. Those are map mods. There's a difference. Now for some map mods, yes, they will often require certain dlc's. You'd have to read their threads on page one to see what dlc's you'd need at that point.

Just reinstalled ATS to get my trucking fix and I have a question. [Removed three sentences]

Okay, these are actually three questions. Anyway. The sound of my beloved Peterbilt is now really headache-inducing. And the sound when one drives under a bridge is pretty weird, to say the least. The blinker is way too loud. The sound of the recent four years has been absolutely fine and the new sound is ample evidence that one should not fix what ain`t broken. :(

Is there a way to go back to pre 1.37 sound?

@Voltaire1971 : you can choose to join Beta 1.36 in Steam (revert to 1.36 effectively) to go to pre-Fmod sounds, but you will miss out on new features eventually

There is also a lot of sound mods updated for 1.37 that you can try

@Voltaire1971 the sound has to be viewed as a restart. The sound is being built back up from the ground up. It will take some time to get back to normal. Mods and all. We can't expect the sound update to work in one update though. 1.38 beta is here and there are some changes to sound already that might fix a few more things from 1.37.
