It also happens if you change the truck in a middle of online job.

I've just checked the Mack Anthem configurator.I don't know why SCS made the chrome mirrors. They aren't an option.
Even the bottom exhaust isn't an option.

Americans love their chrome so if it's not a stock option, there's definately an aftermarket part for it :P

By the way, configurators are never fully accurate or complete.

Here's one with a bottom exhaust (at 4:05)

Bottom exhaust shouldn't even be allowed IRL. We had it in our GMC Brigadiers when I was with Anchor Mtr Frt. The cabs were always filthy with black soot, and when you took a shower at night the inside of your nose was loaded with black soot and you'd see it on those white motel washcloths. Even the newest trucks with bottom exhaust are bad. Pull up next to one with you 4 car and you'll see why if you have your windows down. And in ATS I won't use bottom exhaust.... just to keep the AI car passengers happy. ;) LOL

I've hauled ass down the road to deliver new cars and trucks, fuel, freight, and produce. Now I'm addicted to ATS doing the same thing in a simulation.

Most fleets nowadays prefer the bottom exhausts, or "weed burners" as they've become known in the trucking industry, because they yield better fuel economy than traditional vertical stacks. It provides a more direct route for exhaust gasses to leave the engine, allowing it to run more efficiently and at cooler temperatures. On modern trucks, soot stains on the back of the cab shouldn't be a problem if the particulate filter is working correctly.

I always uwe the bottom exhaust because it increases fuel efficiency, not simulated in game I suppose.
As a fleet owner, keeping the costs low goes before style. I did not know the Mask was not provided with only stacks. But here in Europe all trucks are bottom and I honestly never noticed dirty cabs. I check my truck daily.

I am a Mack fan so I would love more models. And it gives the opportunity to keep a 1 brand fleet.
Now I have Macks running for general and semi heavy loads and Westerns for heavy. This gap could be easily filled in by the Granite semi
The Pinnacle would be awesome too, besides a non traditional truck as the Anthem a more classical vehicle would be nice.

The LR and TerraPro are I think not semi available but they look cool with the huge windows, but as they aren't really useful in the game now I don't think they will come

I always use bottom exhaust too, just for aesthetic reasons. I find vertical ones from another era (prehistorics), like chimneys. :D ;)

Same with big antennas (although they cannot be removed in the game). :)

I use both types, but on some trucks they just stick up too high behind the cab, wish they would offer more appropriate lengths for different cabs. Some trucks do it well others do not.
Since I often try to go for what I feel would be most realistic it highly depend on what kinda tuck it is and what I aim to haul with it.

Does someone know how the passenger side window on the Anthem works with the little door window at the bottom? Do they overlap when rolling down?
