Odd. Last exist before the river in Albuquerque. I've been there many times in-game, and several times in reality. I've never noticed these odd towers. What are they?

Uh, this was a blatant violation of game rules. These videos are clearly in-game resources, which are strictly prohibited for the first 24 hours of a new location being shown.

Within the first 24 hours from when a location has been posted, you may not look for it in-game. After 24 hours are up, you may begin to use in-game resources to help you. You are on the honor system; we simply want to trust you to play correctly.

Actually it's not in-game; it's a Youtube video. I always thought that 'looking ingame' and 'using in-game resources' means something like: 'you may not drive in ATS or using dev cam'... Maybe it's time to update the rule so that it is clear what is meant with 'using in-game resources'?
