It's not in Elko. A small hint: the location is in a city where once a man lived who aged 115 years and 252 days. Correct. It's in the same city as the previous screenshot of @Xaagon, only in a different location. The man who lived 115 years and 252 days was Christian Mortensen, who was at that time the worlds oldest person.

I believe that's the driveway to the truck stop off I-90 in Ritzville, Washington, just east of the interchange with US-395.
