Indeed it is!
Nampa and parts of Boise were included in the 1.38 Open Beta, accessible via dev cam.
I was exploring it and found this store, which looks almost perfectly identical to Walmarts in my area. I posted this message, showing a screenshot of this same building in its unreleased state, comparing it to a Walmart in the city I live in.

That looks like it's US-101 in Washington, but I'm not exactly sure where on that route this could be.

Thanks @flight50! I didn't notice the building for the first time, so it was too difficult, but then it was too easy! I guess I got confused with the port towns though.
