I think it's near the Nevada-Oregon border, either Jackpot or a small unmarked town to the north of Winnemucca that was dead end before OR DLC.

Definitely a pre-Rescale town, based on the road and terrain.
Central or Western Nevada. My guess is one of those towns along (I think) US 50?

I think I know where it is, just need to remember where's the location.

It seems like a road that's not in RA around or near a gas station.
