It seems this was a tough one as nobody was able to get it. This screenshot was taken in the industrial park near the airport in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The junction shown was the intersection of Aeroplaza Drive and Newport Road, which is in front of the fuel station near the Wallbert distribution center. The large landmark that was being referred to in the hint was the airplane near the roundabout at the corner of Newport Road and East Fountain Boulevard. This is the Google Maps Streetview that the screenshot in the second hint was taken of.

It's anyone's turn to provide the next location now.

I believe it's a lookout at the US-101 with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. I think it's somewhere in Oregon between Astoria and Newport?
