I think the problem isn't the fact that it isn't released.I think the problem is that it's been teased 2 times (3,if you count the AI in the stream). There's no exact date or approximation.
I think that's what is making people unhappy and/or impatient.Like some people would say,why tease it a lot when it's probably not ready.I mean,3 times to me can be considered a lot.

If someone want to disagree with me,fine. But that won't change my mind ;)

While i was using the 49X i noticed that it had one of the most powerful engine brakes, while the Anthem (Truck i'm driving rn) has a weaker one.. i have to set to the highest level to finally get some stopping power. So, since the 49X and the Cascadia shares the same engines (DD13/15/16), is it possible that SCS will replicate the same engine brake strengh on the Cascadia ??

SCS isn't going to change their hint/tease stategy any time soon. And remember the reason they don't specify a date is how mad people get when the date has to be moved.

I'm the one that believes anything should not release before it's completely OK.

However "teasing strategy", "showing maps" or whatever you call it... SCS has to change this thing.

Because it causes conflicts due to rumors.

Can we blame those excited people ? No.
Can we blame SCS to delay truck for it's %99.9 done ? No.

@supersobes I was referring to the overall quality of the truck, not the mirrors. I list 3 separate issues. Accuracy as one, quality as one and mirrors as one.

they dont have to change anything, if the want to show something they can show whatever the hell they want, if people think they have to dedicate their life to what SCS posts and start to get antsy because it isnt out by their "estimated" time doesnt mean SCS has to change the way they present their content, many develper do it that way and now SCS is the one who isnt allowed to ?

should they just shut up and then just kick it out with a blog post saying "here, this is what you get, have fun" and be done with it ? (sometime i really wish they would just do like that), if people cant chill out they should get a timeout from the forum until the release

some people have serious issues if this is what they are aggravated about

If it is stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.
