I was looking at the sleeper options on the Western Star website, and it looks like they have an option where you can have a window on the back of the sleeper cab! Hopefully SCS adds this option when they add sleeper cabs to ATS.

That would be very nice, the only sleeper we have with that in ATS is the 389 if I recall correctly

I wont buy a Western Star unless the sleepers get added.

Sleeper does look very nice.
like to explore new areas of maps for both ATS and ETS2.

@supersobes Oh wow! Just took a look at the brochure and it's nice to see that they've been updating over the past few weeks. Definitely looking forward to seeing these sleeper variants in ATS.

There is one thing that kind of irks me about the sleeper cabs on the 49X. It doesn't look like Western Star provides an option to put fairing around the rear edges of the cab. I know that fairing aren't really needed in most vocational applications, but I just think it makes the shape of the cab look a bit odd without them. Even if Western Star doesn't add cab fairings as a stock option, I wonder if it would be possible to take some from a Freightliner Cascadia and stick them on the Western Star as an aftermarket option.

Most of the trucks that are equipped with sleepers are going to either be tridem specialty bodies like vac/pressure tanks or 5th wheel with HD racks where fairings are in the way of grab handles.

And paintable bumpers would be nice. IIRC Western Star does provide that as an option.

Looking at this picture, it is assumed that it will provide a stock cab fairings option. ;)

Don't worry there will be fairings.
What I say is mostly accurate.

Going on work trips to bring you guys new trucks, trailers... and maybe more?
