@Andre Santos. Holly cowwwww man! Level 580? I thought I was balling once I hit level 100 and I have been playing since June 2016. Glad to see someone thoroughly enjoys driving in ATS so much. As the map grows, that is even more fun for ya.

@flight50 Hummm, sorry for disappointing you man... But have a bit of "Cheat Engine" on this... I wanted to play with this truck from day one in this profile. So I added money and XP... I have no idea what value it would be if I hadn't done that...

Lol. Ohhh okay. That makes sense. Well thanks for being honest. Your miles are still up there though. That's still major dedication.

Lame! Lol, glad I'm almost to 100k already with this truck. I like the challenge of trying to go as long as possible without refueling so the lack of a gauge that tells me how much fuel I have remaining has rained on my parade xD. It hasn't stopped me from trying however, and somehow I haven't ran out of fuel yet. Well I've run out 3 times but all 3 times I've managed to coast to a gas station. Red lights be damned.
supersobes wrote: 27 Jun 2021 22:04As for the dashes for screens that you can't get to, not all of the screens were included in the game. For example, the third dash on the home screen is for keeping track of multiple trips. Since the game only supports one trip odometer, that screen wasn't included.
Ahhh yeah ok, now that I watched the video I can see why some screens were left out of the game. Soot level though lol? We didn't need that in-game. Good to know I'm not just unaware of some key that gets me to those other screens. Wow though, no estimated fuel remaining? C'mon Freightliner. You only give me 240 gallons and no gauge? It's a miracle I don't run out more often. The Lonestar (if I remember correctly) had a similar issue. It had a gallons remaining screen ... except when you needed it most lol. When it got below 40 gallons your accurate readout changed to a vague "low fuel" warning. Very annoying. It's like WTF International? I know it's low, but it would be nice to know EXACTLY how low.

Someone please tell me the Western Star has a digital fuel gauge. That's the truck I'm driving next.

Well unless you started at level 200 you still must be way up there lol. Your profile says 982 jobs completed, so you must do a lot of free roaming because I've completed 1700 jobs now and I'm at level 335 with 935k total miles. Even if 100% of your 1.7 million miles were free roam, you'd be at level 255 minimum because you get 80xp for every 100 free roam miles.

I average about 550 miles and 1500xp per job, so I'd ballpark you somewhere around level 310-410, depending on your on duty/free roam mileage ratio. Only 3% of my mileage is free roam. 500 miles per job would give you around 1200xp and 1000 miles would be around 2400xp. You have twice my mileage but only half my jobs, so the math checks out for that ballpark. I accumulate a lot of 285xp bonuses for parking doubles and triples too. You're getting 105xp at most with that reefer.

Really man. My XP doesn't say anything. I've already delivered a lot of late cargoes that didn't count any XP points. I have no idea how much I really have...

Alright, back to bragging ... about #8 8-) the Cascadia joins the list in record time. Closing in on a million total miles now.

Up next, the Western Star x49. The one bad thing about the WS so far is it has the 2nd worst turn radius of any truck I've driven so far. Only the W900 was worse. Bad news for parking doubles/triples. The good thing is it's less tippy than the Cascadia, so I don't feel like I'm about to roll over as often. Maybe I should slow down for those corners? Nah. YOLO! I'll have to go back and hit that T680 next or maybe I'll take a stab at those weird trucks over in ETS2 haha. Cuz I'm all outa trucks. C'mon SCS, we need more trucks. I mean jeez, do I have to get every truck over 200k or sumthin?

supersobes wrote: 16 Jun 2021 03:54Nice! Enjoy the Cascadia! It's currently my favourite truck in ATS! Yours is definitely looking good!

The Cascadia has a dash compass too, but it's only on the first info screen where it shows the fuel economy.
I "enjoyed" it for a whole month xD. Oh, and I'm a big ol dummy head. The dashboard compass is something you can add to the interior of any truck via the truck configurator screen, internal accessories. Found that out when customizing my new Western Star, and then I punched myself in the face because I should have remembered that from the Mack. For the Cascadia I put a hat in that spot xD.

Who forgot to tell me the x49 has the same digital dash as the Cascadia? Ugh!!! That means a 2nd truck in a row without my beloved gallons remaining readout. At least the WS has a 300 gallon tank. Man that 240 gallon tank on the Cascadia was pure torture. It made getting through California without refueling quite the challenge. Ehrenberg and Medford got quite a bit of business from me.

You could actually try the International LT and new VNL available in the steam workshop, in case SCS didn’t add a truck by the time you reach 100K.

Yeah that's another idea, try more mods. I love the k100e by @overfloater which is by far my favorite truck. It's old school and it's perfect for hauling/parking b-trains. I got ETS2 now too, so I could put 100k on those funny looking Euro trucks. Sorry, I mean 160,394.4 km ... lol yeah it just doesn't have the same ring to it. And 100k km seems too easy.

some people really rub tires over the tarmac

i would be happy if any of my trucks would reach even 50k miles, the only truck i ever got a bit over 50k miles was RJLs Scania years ago, every since the only truck closer to this was my Volvo FH with almost 28k miles, in ATS i think the Anthem was the only one i drove over 15k, my current trucks the Cascadia is i think about 10k in and my 49X not even 5k

Well there's the problem, "any" of your trucks  ... have you thought about sticking with just 1 for awhile? How many combined miles do you have?
