SCS releases betas on a Friday but never a map. They have done Wednesday and Tuesday before as well but. But the formula for Thursday is typical now and has been a good one. It’s a routine we have become accustomed to.

If you are from East Asia or Australia by any chance, then yeah you are right. For the rest of the world it’s always been a Thursday.

I hope next week be the week we get a gameplay video. I have these three possible routes in mind:

Vernal to Rock springs (Route 191)
Logan to Jackson (Route 89)
Sheridan to Riverton through the Bighorn National Forest (Routes 14, 20)

Whatever gameplay videos that SCS is releasing for Wyoming, I am not watching them. I tried to restrain for Idaho and Colorado but now I will really try to restrain for Wyoming. Looking at maps is fine because I do want to know what the DLC has to offer.

Idaho and Colorado had a bit too many videos, yes, they were interesting!
Iberia DLC, that is so big that the videos we got, only showed small parts of it.
The map for Wyoming, yeah, that will be interesting!

@harishw8r Hmmm, not to bad of route selections you picked. Vernal to Rock Springs is short so I can see that one. We can see a portion North of Vernal but not the entire thing. That could be a nice short video for sure. But the one I'd like to see is Logan to Jackson. A solid 10-15 min video would work well for (1) gameplay video. The map lead can also do a game play video on a stream. I hope he does what Patrik did and drive a route in the game and talk about the dlc before it releases. Then of course on release day do another drive. So with all 3 of your choices, that could be the program to present Wyoming, lol.

If YS is coming, that is a road I want to discover for myself. No dev video on that one for me. I am fine with screen shots but I'd hold there.

No way. That's the last thing I want to see from SCS gameplay videos or embargo streamers (Streamers who stream the DLC after SCS gives out early access keys. Those damn streamers spoil everything in the DLC so I'd recommend not watch them if you're able to restrain yourself, no disrespect to the streamers though :P)

Not so sure, but I do guess SCS demands streamers not to show certain areas. I don’t remember anyone streaming at Wolf Creek pass for Colorado or Madrid/A Coruna for Iberia, or any road that head to Salmon for Idaho (Salmon was shown though). Given those are some beautiful places in the map, I believe SCS has some influence on streamers. So most probably Yellowstone won’t be shown unless it’s from SCS themselves. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong.

I don't think streamers are to blame though. It is us that choose to watch the streamers. If streamers or SCS titles the route accordingly, it is then upon us to control what we watch. I think they should be able to show whatever they want. There will always be those that want to see x,y and z but we have to control ourselves to or not to see.

I can say that we could probably expect a Wyoming blog this upcoming week. A gameplay or screen shot blog works for me.
