Wyoming Discussion Thread
Re: Wyoming Discussion Thread
I made a couple trips on other roads than WY-220, I-80 and I-25 finally. US-89, US-287, WY-59 and US-26 are all very well done. Hard to believe its a rookie team for the most part. Wherever they go next. The terrain is gonna be top notch.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

And more reasons for Cody.
What If:
With Cody, with Montana and Wyoming DLC's https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Thermop ... 39!1m0!3e0
Cody, with Wyoming DLC https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Thermop ... 891239!3e0
Seems like grasping straws. I look at it as with Montana DLC in: without US-12 will travel be hindered in any of the four primary directions?
North and South we have I-90, I-15, US 89 and possibly US-310. East and west is trickier, but when Montana comes, I-90-94 will be a lot more efficient.
IMO we may get US-12 but I doubt that Cody as a delivery city happens. It's a nicety, not an essential.
Re: Wyoming Discussion Thread
^I think you mean US-14, not US-12. US-12 isn't a factor in this equation as its completely in Montana and is no where close to Cody. US-12 runs parallel with US-14 and I-90.

Surprised nobody is talking about this here yet. Iberia still getting new roads AND, a very subtle little hint:

Plus it seems, at least on the ETS2 side of things, that they are using new roads in released DLCs as a way to test and train new mappers.Maybe you'll start seeing more of these extra additions across our released DLCs from time to time as well, who knows.
This content is being created by our new map designers as a part of their training program. However, we have been impressed by their work so much that we decided to use it and bring it to the Iberia expansion in the near future, most probably still this year.

This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. Please look for it infecting a signature near you.
Re: Wyoming Discussion Thread
I was actually a bit surprised about this statement, isn’t this what they’ve already been doing? (Connector roads between Utah and Nevada, the addition of Clifton, AZ, etc.)Bedavd wrote: ↑24 Sep 2021 16:59 https://blog.scssoft.com/2021/09/new-iberian-roads.html

Or was this a thing they only did in ATS?
Still nice to hear them confirm it though, and it should give some hope that more roads will be added to the existing DLC for ATS.
Re: Wyoming Discussion Thread
They haven’t really added any new roads outside of the CA rebuild since that Nevada/Utah connection to Cedar City which was a little over a year ago. They really slowed down recently and I suspect the rebuild had something to so with that. Hopefully this is them letting the community know that it’ll be ramping up again.

Re: Wyoming Discussion Thread
It's good to see that we have some post-Utah precedent for adding roads to released expansions now. Hopefully Road to the Black Sea and Wyoming are next. US-14 is not for newbies but US-85 or US-16+WY-450 could be.

US 2 and WA SR 20 would be great too! There’s tons of roads that could get added all around the new and old maps
