About that manpower: how big would the Texas team be, and how big would the HoR team be? I mean, ETS2 has a bigger fan base, but that doesn't have to mean that the ETS2 map team also is bigger than the ATS map team. Besides, it is not efficient to have 100+ people working on Texas or HoR; there is an optimal / maximum amount of people that can work together on one map without affecting efficiency in a negative way.
That brings me to the next question: how many people in total are working on ATS, and how many people in total are working on ETS2?

Where and what is the name of the road in Texas where the speed limit for trucks is 85mph? How long is the section with a permitted speed of 85mph?

I have to agree with those saying HoR might come out before Texas, because by the looks of it, it seems as though HoR is further in production than Texas, just look at blog numbers, HoR has four, Texas only has two. Also, back in June, the last time we got a Texas blog, on June 4th, 2021, it said this:
Howdy, truckers! We don't talk very often about Texas DLC on our blog, as there is still a ton of work ahead of us to start hyping it too much.
Plus, as oldmanclippy said, HoR got teased last year and judging by the screenshots, it seemed to have much more polished areas, compared to the Texas screenshots we got in the Christmas stream, but maybe they didn't want to talk too much about Texas because of Wyoming not being released yet, who knows.

All we know is that we are getting two awesome DLCs, potentially next year. I am very much looking forward to HoR and Texas.

@Vinnie Terranova per Pavel he wanted 25-30 on Texas. It was also confirmed that ATS now has almost as many mappets as ETS2 which he said was about 30. Now this was the 2020 xmas stream so that number could be higher ir it could be lower.

But in general, the ETS2 maps are larger so a larger team is needed. 100 people will never be required. Not even with the asset team would SCS reach 100. Thats a ton of people and I don't think the games can afford that. They still need to be profitable.

Of course fans want it all now

What do you think Texas is complete percentage wise? I think 50%. There is not even a confirmed street layout map yet... I think I saw one though it was incomplete...

No way the Texas road map has been leaked beyond the dds file. Guessing the percentage is anyone's guess. I won't even speculate that one. Not enough blogs released to remotely get an idea. I reckon here before the year is out, Texas will pick up the pace with regular blogs. There could be a lot to blog so it should be a dlc with one of the larger total number of blogs.
