I-10 Lake Charles to Slidell interchange. That is quite close to IRL I-80 Rock Springs to Cheyenne.
And ingame Rock Springs to Cheyenne is similar distance.

I-10's Houston to Pensacola corridor will be quite tight.

Of those, there would be space to have Houston a bit west and Pensacola a bit east of IRL location.

SuchManor, who knows?
There's frontage roads from San Antonio, all the way to Austin?!

Is Medieval Times of any relevance to be in the DLC?

Would be pretty cool. Buc'ee's is like Yellowstone though. Commercial trucks access it but they can serve it. They have to get food, gas and merchandise some type of way.

@Trakaplex Medieval is just scenic. It won't be accessible.

We got a Russia blog recently. I'd assume another Texas one kicks in by October if not sooner. With Wyoming out now, the hype will go strong for the next 2-3 weeks. Then its time to ramp up hype for Texas. I doubt we get anything for California but its definitely possible. We got 2-3 blogs for it during its rebuild phase 1. But with such a small team, they may not have enough work done since 1.41 eob showcased what they did.

Yeah, true. Nobody will pay attention to NM anymore. They will buy it just to get to Texas

New Mexico is still one of my favourite states, it aged really well. I love the open scenery and feeling of emptiness. It also introduced some new tree models which are light years ahead of the old ones. Can't wait for Texas to make it feel more complete and not a dead end on the Eastern border.

As the first paid dlc, if people don't have at least that state, I'm assuming they dislike all desert states. That's an assumption of course, but NM still holds a lot of value without Texas imho. It gained even more when Colorado came. Add Wyoming to that list too. We no have a completed I-25.

NM has 2 borders with Texas and we'll get the most connections into one state than any other dlc from just New Mexico. The routes definitely won't feel like a corridor to me. I think I'll take 2-3 days pto for Texas. I'm hoping we get a 2-3 month Cruising Texas event. If Texas is what I think it can be, people will have a ton to explore. The amount of new that can finally come back to ATS with the new South region and the largest of the lower 48 states, Texas can offer a lot more than what we have been getting since Oregon.

Texas is certainly very diverse and just got a huge scope. Sill hope they are going to include Presidio.

Presidio will probably have no relevance since it's hanging off US 67 right off the border with Chihuahua. The only possible exception is that they could add FM 170 via Terlingua/Lajitas and yet I do not think so due to the sparse traffic in the area.

Yeah I wish Presidio comes. It gets us exploring a very remote area. I'm losing hope for it though. Mexico is perhaps 12+ years or more away or possible never. So that is why I'd want Presidio now with Texas because we don't know the future.
