ATS 1.38 Discussion
Re: ATS 1.38 Discussion
does anybody know if there are more logging companies or something similar except the 4 existent in Washington and Idaho? I want to assign the log cargoes in other states to get longer jobs I cold use some of the harvesting and heavy cargo companies, however I am not sure whether would be realistic or not...
Re: ATS 1.38 Discussion
Don't forget about the one logging camp in Northern California. When it comes to logging and heavy equipment, everything is on the menu for me. Whether it is to Deepgroove or HMS, I'll take it.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Been in the market for more than 70 years. And the fake company name has been in the game since the beginning of the 18 WoS series. Nothing ever happened... the name is just too common even as a brand.

Yeah I didn't think anything would come of it since there's no conflict between them from a trademark perspective. Just got a chuckle out of it after playing the game and doing a bit of a double take haha

Two totally different markets. One is a farm in a video game and the other is sight aid in real life. I don't think SCS has anything to worry about.

"Two totally different markets." This is no reason not to sue someone! Believe it or not. 4711 (Eau de Cologne) producer Muelhens once sued a local cab company 300km away from them for having named the company 4711 (cab company's phone number btw.). And won, if I remember correctly... So on this weird planet everything is possible...

I remember that a Turkish city named Batman sued DC Comics for the use of Batman name. It's not a shock that they lost

Iceland (country) sued Iceland (UK shop).
One of our local ballrooms called The Ritz was sued by the London hotel company. I mean it took em like 60years to have an issue with it and who would mistake a small ballroom in a small town in Yorkshire with the Ritz in London.

Same happened in Copenhagen years ago a local dance hall called Hard Rock Cafe existed for some years until the London owners forced a rename to Daddys Dance Hall in the mid seventies
