Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Eastern Colorado and Montana its civilzation is gone in Montana lol. Alot oil shale drilling deliveries and alot of livestock delivery of food for the animals. Extend WY-59 to and MT-59 got along desolate road.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
I think most of us say flat as in flatter than the mountainous areas. Even Texas isn't completely flat but it has much less elevation that mountain states.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Really though, Florida is the flattest state. The bulk of it is barely above sea level, and the highest point is 345 ft. That's nothing; I gain about 300 feet in elevation when I walk to work, and when I went to college, I would gain 600 feet when taking the bus every day.
@angrybirdseller, yeah, eastern Montana is no-man's land. I've been along the Hi-Line (the US 2/BNSF corridor), and from the North Dakota line to Shelby or thereabouts it's just rusty and tiramisu hills, ruddy rivers with little trees, and various small towns, some abandoned. Only one area is flat, and that's between Havre and Shelby, but you get the Sweet Grass Hills to the north, rising over the fields like islands in the sea. It's pretty wild land, if you're used to lots of trees, water, and people.

Handy maps and diagrams.
Furthermore, I consider that I-80 across Nevada must be redone next.

Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Today's video that scs posted on Youtube is mysterious, the blog didn't say much about it, could it be a teaser on another DLC map or a contest? It occurred to me that the video may be a teaser in Montana, but that's probably a stupid idea
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
If you noticed, the video seems to be about ATS.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
The two flowers at the bottom looks like a bitterroot to me. That's apparently the state flower of MT. So ...?
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
It's indeed a tease of next DLC state: Montana.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Definitely has to do with MT. It will be announced in the near future.
