Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Yeah only with South Dakota it would make more sense. But I guess that is at least 2 years away.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Its more than 2 years away though. Depending on how SCS builds. We still have to get both Texas and Montana. Then we'd need Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska before South Dakota. If we got that line up, people would tire of only Great Plains in a vertical column.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Sounds more like 2025 then.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
No telling. I don't think SCS should be in a rush for the Dakotas unless they did a combo pack. That would be a more attractive sale vs one at a time. I'd push more East and get more into the MidWest before the Dakota's. I'd like to see OK/LA/AR/KS/MO,NB and IA at the least before the Dakota's.
Dakota's as a combo boost both Montana and Wyoming. We get more of I-90 and I-94. That much closer to the Great Lakes. That's a region I know nothing about but we have a few fellow members here that would be great resources for that region. rbsanford, Bedavd and oldmanclippy to be more precise. We have good representation for that area. I'm sure there are others but those three are very active here and I see them daily for the most part.

Re: Montana Discussion Thread
If the states are released like a step than the Great Lakes region will be almost one of the last released with New England the final one.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
New England, I am counting on it as being the last for continental USA.

Re: Montana Discussion Thread
so if we want a balanced map from north and south, Jeef's map makes sense with 4 separate map teams.
Re: Montana Discussion Thread
The problem is, we don't have 4 separate teams. We technically only have 3. 2 are in Texas. Its going to take a few years to get the rebuild done. We could be looking at 3-5 years at current pace. Now with more going to help the rebuild team, we could see that trimmed down to 2-3 years.

Re: Montana Discussion Thread
Speculation: The state could probably release in December 2022 after the great Texas. The Montana team will probably have about 15 people, and davido again could be the map lead. As stated, it was confirmed by Pavel that a bit of the Wyoming team moved to the "next DLC after Texas".

Pavel on stream with Alex and Nemiro:
"We are working on stuff.
The Wyoming team is already mostly reallocated around.
They have been through some pre-production, even early production of some new stuff."
"Obviously the Wyoming team is on to something next and you guys will be actually the ones revealing it in due time"
Trakaplex, that youtube link you posted, it is contains condensed version of SCS's stream.

I did not find "next DLC after Texas" anywhere.
