Looks nice, but regarding the design... i still prefer the 579. Great truck nonetheless.

Did they say whether the digital dash will be applied on the w900, w990, and t880 or just the t680 because peterbilt said they would put it on all trucks so will it be applied to all kenworth models?

I didn't think I'd like it from what I saw in the teasers, but I really dig this truck. It's looks nice, and it has a really practical design. I think this is a great improvement to the T680.

It is cool how they did the rubber aerodynamic closeouts etc - different to other trucks out there. I like the truck as well but I'm leaning towards the Peterbilt 579 especially with those mirror cams (did not see if the new Kenworth T680 will offer the same mirror cams - hopefully they do).

@leo.arevalo12ss They did not mention anything about that (as far as I can remember).

Just curious - what is the difference between Peterbilt and Kenworth? They are both owned by PACCAR and offer products for the same truck markets (OTR, vocational, heavy duty, etc.), I guess Peterbilt has more brand prestige/recognition?

In general, I liked the T680 Next Gen! About the interior and the Dashboard, I was not surprised, I already imagined that Kenworth would use the same base of the new 579, which is actually is the base that will be the interior of the new DAF.

tbh I like this little more then the 579. Mostly because the sleeper is mostly the same and only just the front is changed :D

You know what, I actually really like the new T680 redesign. I find the design appropriately modern and tech-forward—much more than the New Peterbilt 579. Both new PACCAR models get an A+ in my book. I think this T680 is more of an aerodynamic competitor to the Freightliner New Cascadia. Very much looking forward to the day when both PACCAR models arrive in ATS!

I plan on whipping up an illustration of this new T680 soon. Stay tuned!

And I'm looking forward for the representations of both trucks when they arrive in the game, especially the Dashboard and how they will work!

I liked the new T680. But the lack of a mirrorcam option was kind of a bummer to me. But the dashboard design is far better than the new Pete 579.

And one thing about both the new trucks - why can't they have some better designs for the rear axle fairings, at least like the ones on Freightliner or Flowbelow?

I found these 2 photos to see side by side so you can compare the 2 of these t680 previous gen and next gen
