Which 10-speed does it have? I can't remember

Eaton Advantage 10 speed. Eaton Advantage FAO-16810C to be exact.

I mainly drive 55-65mph.

A qualified company driver in youtube suggest 62 mph for the best fuel efficiency in DT12 Cascadia. What an insteresting thing that engineering stuff makes. Why it's not 50-60-70 mph but 62 ? :D

^ 62 would be the sweetspot for DT-12. The engine runs at lower speed without causing any downshifting. You can try this even in the Cascadia in game, especially if you’re not using cruise control to accelerate.

Funnily enough, it's also the sweetspot for Volvo i-Shift with the XE package

Probably balance between rpm and friction is there on 62 mph speed with DT12 Cascadia.

Considering that DT12 is available as direct drive and overdrive, both of which have options for rear ratio, that driver is full of it, unless he was talking about a specific transmission with specific rears, and even then... Internet truckers always seem to be full of it. They're cruising at 1700 rpm getting 15 mpg uphill fully loaded all the time.

Not necessarily, if he was talking about a truck equipped with Integrated Detroit Power (which is similar to the Volvo XE Package in behavior), 62 mph would be right on the money to go to twelfth gear

I was talking about IDP. Freightliner lists four different rear diff ratios for it, two for direct drive transmission and two for the overdrive. All of which are technically IDP. Unless it's the "any color as long as it's black" kind of situation, you will have optimal rpm and shift points at different speeds for all of those combinations.

In ATS, SCS gave us the DT-12 DA with ratio of 14.93-1.00 and 2.28 rear diffs and the DT-12 OA with a ratio of 11.64-0.78 and 2.85 rear diffs. I tried both transmissions with both the DD13 IDP and DD15 IDP. In my experience, the DA gave slightly higher RPM when cruising at 62 MPH than the OA. The difference in RPM was very small though, so the difference in fuel efficiency was negligible. I know the vocational versions of each transmission in the Western Star 49X gave much higher RPMs at highway speeds though, and that would definitely take a hit to the fuel economy.
