Re: Volvo Trucks Discussion Thread
I'm thinking if the new VNL is the first new truck of the year for ATS it's more than likely going to be 3 cabs
VNL 300 the day cab
VNL 400 48 inch?(is it a 48 inch sleeper or a smaller one)
VNL 860 77 inch sleeper
VNL 300 the day cab
VNL 400 48 inch?(is it a 48 inch sleeper or a smaller one)
VNL 860 77 inch sleeper
Take it with a grain of salt nothing is 100% sure

Re: Volvo Trucks Discussion Thread
VNR definitely not, because it's an electric truck and it requires charging points to be introduced into the game. VNX is possible, however, this truck is more intended for the transport of heavy loads. And finally no doubt that VNL flagship model will be added since the main theme of the game is long-haul transportation.

The VNR isn't only an electric truck. It's offered as a diesel truck too. But it's still not likely to be added to ATS because it's just a lighter-duty version of VNL made for local jobs.

Not everyone does long and/or very long-haul in this game(that includes me). With that said,i still think trucks like the VNR(and other regional-type trucks)can be added.

Re: Volvo Trucks Discussion Thread
Didn't know it, but now, thanks to the addition of new chassis, it is possible to make lighter-duty version of most trucks in the game, so there is no point in adding VNR if it can be made from VNL.
Re: Volvo Trucks Discussion Thread
Any truck can be specified as what ever. For me, there are only 2 classes I see in ATS. Vocational and OTR. Any OTR can be made regional or local if you have a daycab. Vocational any truck can be made local, HH or OTR if you add a sleeper. The focus of the game seems to be OTR but we all make it be whatever we want.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

The VNR is to the VNL what the FM is to the FH, a regional variant
I'm fact, the VNR predecessor was called the VNM
