I think "articulated" means B-trains, RM and Turnpike doubles, triples, etc. Voted for that as well since I drove through all the Pacific Northwest with a B-train flatbed.
Articulated means more than one pivot basically. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Articulated_vehicle. I've only considered the heavy hauls though. I forgot about the pups, triples and the RMD's. So the eariler statement of changing flatbeds/lowboys to open deck transport can categorize all visible cargo into one large group.

I am very much looking forward to ownable tankers - not just fuel but also chemical tankers (hazmat loads). The chemical and Petro-chemical industries in North America are enormous and a major part of the US and Canadian economies.

My favorite trailer at the moment is the flatbed with the sliding tarp as it gives me the most options (for loads) and goes really well with my Peterbilt 389 :D.

Hehe, I definitely know what it will be come 1.39. Lowboys and articulated go hand in hand for me. I will own a single pivot lowboy and an articulated lowboy.

I literally can't wait for 1.39 now.

I guess I'll buy a 1+3 axle lowboy and throw additional decks on it. Since jeeps are different from what I've seen with current lowboys (5th wheel is now above the jeep's wheels, not in front of them), backing them doesn't seem to be an issue. :)

Anything relatively light. I don't mind hauling long tankers, but I rarely see them showing up on a job that has a decent financial reward.

It would be great to be able to buy your own tankers and load them at the pickup point. But this may not be the case until 2025.

Car hauler jobs are usually very well-paying and only weigh 7 or 8 tonnes, so even with my old weedy 430hp 4x2 Kenworth I could pull them no problem. Tankers are also a good one for pay- if you can find them- but they tend to be between 14 and 21 tonnes, so not good for weedier trucks.
