any difference

#1 Post by davidbruce53 » 28 Sep 2020 22:18

First off, I'm 67 yrs old and I have to wear glasses now, which might have an effect on the following:

I cannot tell any difference playing this game at freesync 144hz or vsync 60hz.

This is probably because my eyes are not sharp anymore, but this game looks the same at 1440p or 1080p.

Personally, I don't think anyone really notices a difference and if there is one, it is so miniscule. If you are fine with it, enjoy it however you play it fellow Trucker! :)

60hz vs 144hz smoothness of gameplay less stuttering based on your power of the gpu. The 1440p better image depending on the size of the monitor used as it based on pixels per square inch. Get 20-22in monitor then 1080p better option. Its when you get to 27in or lager that 1440p resolution makes the difference.

I use a 32" monitor and for me the picture looks just as sharp in 1080p as 1440p, regardless what the stats say.

Pixels per square inch gives clarity to the picture the evidence is undisputed that 1440p provide clearer picture than 1080p does
