I'd like to see SCS put someway that we could haul loads to the new prefabs or dealerships being built. It would make more sense in the over haul sense but allow players to see the new locations possibly before they appear. The loads would of course be equipment to clear the ground to building materials. I thought the same way about the new roads they add let the game haul the cargo. Just another way for SCS to improve immersion.

I totally agree. I have wished this for awhile. I even took it a step further with the idea here for progressive prefabs. But at the least, yeah I totally agree that I'd like to deliver to more under construction sites. We are getting housing prefabs and those look great but where are the large buildings, the warehouses, the gas stations, the skyscrapers. We can get skycranes and heavy machinery to all these construction sites. That would play right in line with a construction industry cargo pack. Thats an extra dlc waiting to take people's money. The amount of equipment and building materials could easily go for 2-3 dozen cargoes which includes variations of certain loads. A skycrane can come in 2-3 different colors and orientated differently on the trailer. Make a short boom arm for HH. Make a longer one for ST. Make 2-3 different cabins. Haul mobile cranes in parts, the boom, the tracks and the cabin.

As we push further East, cities get larger and more complex. Cities in the US are always under construction. The construction industry in ATS can be much greater than what it is imho. There is a ton of cargo to bring forth. So many new depots that can get added. By the time SCS gets to the East coast a solid 18-24 construction sites should be enough variety for all of NA. Adding 4-5 construction companies to go along with that works for all of ATS as well. NA is huge. Eventually it will have to get treated that way. Especially if Canada and Mexico is the plan. Planning ahead now helps out in the long run. Find out what industry lies ahead and account for them. Not just the next 2-3 states. Look well beyond to East coast companies that will come onboard. There are ties in the West to those companies I am sure.

So far I like the update. It's running without crashes. The lowboys are fun to play!

The only thing I am experiencing now is a lot of stuttering in Idaho, especially in and around cities.

I am fine with the new launchpad. We'll see in the future what these changes will be good for.

@MattoCross Thanks for clarifying! For a moment, I got excited and thought that the 1.39 update would finally include ai LoneStar's with mid roof sleepers and car haulers in ai truck traffic.
