Imho the first tuning pack will not be for one of the major brands. The first one in ETS was also not for one of the major brands.

I vote Paccar trucks. They are the first ones in and should be the first to get updates. Paccar made ATS possible in the first place when no one else gave SCS a shot. The newer trucks at least have 2019-2020 CAD modeling to make them look good. The Paccar trucks would have the best chance of reworks if they got tuning packs first.

i vote anything but the 5 earliest trucks.

They're inaccurate. I'd rather wait to see their models replaced, however long it takes, rather than see the devs waste their efforts on bad models.

I wouldn't say the Lonestar and the Anthem are bad models. They are still CAD referenced models. I can see the first 3 being bad models in Kenworth, Peterbilt and Volvo though. The 2019+ ones are pretty solid. Tuning packs in ATS would more than likely work the same as ETS2. Work some older trucks and touch up some of the interiors or what not. The problem in replacing the older models in ATS is if you do it for one game, you must do it for the other. There are too many trucks in ETS2 to do that. People would moan all day long if all of ATS trucks got updated to higher standards and the same didn't happen for ETS2.

They aren't.
By 5 earliest trucks i meant both Petes, both Kenworths and the Volvo.

Well, in ET2 we had only one rebuilded truck and was not amazing, just better. I won’t hold my breath. However, while the old T680, 579 and VNL could be ignored because their successors will arrive in game sooner or later, the W900 and the 389 are the last cry of the classic era and it would be nice to be remade for the sake of their significance.
I have approximate knowledge of many things

it wasnt really rebuild, 50k also used only the SCS model and corrected it and not build it from scratch
