And if they don't support mods in MP, you can guarantee that many players, myself included, will not come back to ATS, nor buy future DLCs.

The problem will get fixed shortly. No point in an enable button when all we have to do is not press it. If we don’t press it, it’s already off.

@JeeF Which is incredibly shortsighted as the stress is on “no mods while MP is being established and tested”. They explicitly said they want to allow mods in the future, so no reason to fret.

@GinXeng Wouldn’t it make more sense to fix the CB bug than to put in more kludges like host settings? Which they would have to remove later after the bug has been fixed, to the confusion of players? ;) (bit too late but here goes)

@Bandit & The Snowman If they add the option, why remove it after? I would personally like have the option to have Enable voice 0/1 as most online games have.

But we already have that option....don’t press the button.

Clearly that's not the same thing. I want as in Disabled by the host, meaning if you push "X" it doesn't work, understood?

You are asking to disable something that if you don't use it, its already off. Don't use the button until SCS fixes it. Use the chat. Its also open beta, not public. Its not my fault you don't understand that. You seem to be the only one asking for this pointless add. Is that understood?

He wants to be able, as a session server, to mute session clients, I think. Or disable voice chat altogether for the session.

he can mute the CB entirely in the Audio menu if he doesn´t want to use it, unassign the X key so to force the CB to never active to him

it´s a core functionality for comms in the convoy mode, i wouldn´t expect to get that option

the bug is a bug and will be fixed soon, even if it was public build stuff happens and get fixed all the time

I can tolerate not being heard by the host, but I don’t want to be forbidden to talk to any others, thank you very much.
