It would be convenient to see before selecting a server where the players are located in the world, or which state at least to prevent people hopping in and out servers to find people close by

and do you think they are not pirating steam version of it? Steam only releases appears in network few hours after releases... Even MSFS is pirated already, although it requires Microsoft account to work... so... it's not worth the efford, I think.

I don't think people are gonna read that. I think it's better to prevent this kind of repeating questions by SCS posting a more detailed changelog with each ATS / ETS2 update.Bandit & The Snowman wrote: ↑13 Jun 2021 20:31I think we need a sticky post on top of every new page that summarizes the most frequently asked questions

@Vinnie Terranova There are questions about details that are in the change logs in plain text. Didn’t you just say people don’t read? Well there you go.
Plus we’re talking about folks that don’t bother reading even the last page which would answer their question, I’m just waiting for the first person to ask something twice after s/he got an answer after the first time.
So… maybe that smiley I used means more than perceived…

Where did you read about the F9 and CTRL-F9 keys? Because I don't see that in the changelogs.Bandit & The Snowman wrote: ↑14 Jun 2021 08:01There are questions about details that are in the change logs in plain text.
Re: ATS 1.41 Open Beta discussion
How do you even find changelogs, considering devs dumping them randomly in a 100+ page "discussion" thread instead of pinning a dedicated thread in a version-related Bugs subforum?
Re: ATS 1.41 Open Beta discussion
They did actually put a couple in the announcement section this time, not all of them but some. Which is an improvement, but not yet good enough.
The change of devcam key I don't think was in a changelog. As per it's name SCS consider it a dev tool and so don't inform users of changes relating to it.

Touché, I was having the EB access code in mind, it filled quite a few pages too.
During the Experimental Beta phase, it was okay to post changes inside the thread. They could have updated the first post though, or reserve the second post.
