In this update, I would like viewpoints to be added to the redesigned California, and for the I-80 to be reworked in Nevada, since we get Wyoming along with another part of the I-80, it would be great if that part was reworked in Nevada (I doubt anything with my wishes come true  )

Once DX12/Vulkan arrives, we'll see how much more the devs can really open up the game. I'd love for them to get as deep as seasons and a serious weather overhaul to go along with seasons. Could finally open the door to more complex prefabs and more interaction with the environment. I'm sure there's a long list of things they'd like to implement.
Speaking of weather, I would love to see real world/real time weather in the game. This includes changing the seasons when appropriate and we could even get difficult weather situations like a white out on Cabbage Hill in Oregon.

Id say for California maybe the San Francisco rebuild along with highway reworking down to Fresno or Bakersfield. Maybe a few new highways added or hints of them added.

^That's a bit to ask for. We just did get (3) reworked roads. All of I-80 needs to be updated. There there is CA-1, US-101, I-5 and CA-99 in the central area. Adding even sides roads is a ton of work with the current team that did phase 1. I'm thinking nothing comes with 1.42 perhaps. But whatever does come next, I'd assume it could be reworking just roads and terrains from I-80 up to like Stockton. That area is dense. With an unknown number on the rebuild project, I'm not expecting them to get much further South come next Summer's map release.

Hey Flight50 hope your well, yeah I do get your point, I’m referring just to even the existing roads, but yeah even if it takes longer I’d rather they do it right and get all the extra routes, California like Texas has so much to offer and it needs to be taken seriously not just a reskin and that’s it. It needs a lot of work, and I feel the same way about it as you do for Texas.

So I can dream right lol. Wasn’t it a while back when California getting rebuilt was just a dream and now it’s happening and I’m just letting my excitement get the better of me.

I also hope they do use mileage signs and I go back and fourth but I’d say do the actual ones and even though it will upset people no matter what atleast it’s better then nothing. I personally wouldn’t mind either way, but I’d rather it be authentic and so what if it’s off a little atleast it replicates it. Or if not it tells us how far, I mean I can go by exit numbers on how far the next city is, but I say keep the mileage signs and even of there not perfectly accurate I say do them it adds to the excitement and feeling.

I would say I hope the 15 is reworked but I’m really hoping they take there time on that and make it feel as exciting as it is to me. Los Angeles to me seems like a small dlc for just how large the city is and the interchanges and freeways and the scenery and if they get all her outer areas and include the 101-5-10-14-15 and hopefully a few more. The map someone showed me makes me think there going to re route the 101 to follow the actual one along the Hollywood Freeway and end it at the 5-101-60-10 interchange which is doable if they don’t have the current 101-5 which is actually he 134-5 in real life.

The capitalised IT makes me think International.

volat means call though, so it could just be a DLC that turns it off and on again. 😂
