Volvo Machines DLC
Re: Volvo Machines DLC
nice to see more cargo types to get added but would be nice if there were more cargo types to make it feel like a bigger update.
like to explore new areas of maps for both ATS and ETS2.

Re: Volvo Machines DLC
@Tails well this is only a teaser so I'm sure theres more then that.
Re: Volvo Machines DLC
On the construction page I could see 12 different variety of construction equipment they had to offer but that was not including equipment such as Dozers and Graders. Realistically 6-10 various models in their range would be the ball park figure I would be looking at with the DLC tbh.

Re: Volvo Machines DLC
New content is always good. New licensed content is better. I wish our truck simulation to give priority to licensed CAD model trucks just like in these construction machines.

Re: Volvo Machines DLC
I'm hoping the DLC is across both games and you only need to purchase one. If it is split into two separate DLCs then those who own ATS and ETS2 will have to purchase two identical DLCs. That is not a good route to go down.

Re: Volvo Machines DLC
I suppose it will be free, because on both platforms, otherwise it would be illogical to have to pay twice for the same DLC .
ETS2:promods + Middle-East Add-On + TGS / ATS:promods Canada

Re: Volvo Machines DLC
Maybe it's going to be a free update to replace some of those unseemly models they had to rework due to licensing issues? Not every DLC has to be paid DLC, after all. If it is paid DLC, I imagine they will price it attractively enough so that buying it for both games won't be an issue.

I'm sure it will be one purchase for both games, similar to rims dlc!eonellivlem wrote: ↑21 Aug 2021 16:04 I'm hoping the DLC is across both games and you only need to purchase one. Re: Volvo Machines DLC
I bet the Volvo license isn't cheap(plus what it costs to make the DLC,in term of salaries etc...).What i'm thinking is that both DLCs will be separated, and one will have to pay for each game.
As for the price,my thoughts is that it's going to be the same price as Heavy Haul and Special Transport(CDN $5.49 in my case).
