I think SCS has been wrong about this in the past. I had the Good Year DLC in ETS2. I had to pay a full DLC fee after getting on ATS. Should have been at least 50% off. The same problem applies to HC and ST.

why should you get a discount for a DLC where the counterpart is already out for over one year for a different game?

these DLCs will most likely release at the same time, so SCS will make a bundle with both DLCs do get them for both game cheaper then buying each alone like they did 2016 with the wheel tuning DLCs for both games

It will be two separate DLCs one for ETS2 the other for ATS as well as DLC Pink Ribbon Charity Pack or DLC Goodyear, the same DLC and each for one game separately, I have no problem buying both DLCs with the same content for both games, I am a digital DLC conqueror, i will probably buy them together with Wyoming (all 3 together) I will see according to when I will be released

This is something that is sorely needed. Now we need more flatbed cargo.
I'm passionate about Mack Trucks, grew up around them as a kid.

Virgo91 wrote: 21 Aug 2021 16:23 I bet the Volvo license isn't cheap(plus what it costs to make the DLC,in term of salaries etc...).What i'm thinking is that both DLCs will be separated, and one will have to pay for each game.
As for the price,my thoughts is that it's going to be the same price as Heavy Haul and Special Transport(CDN $5.49 in my case).
I too don't see a reason to make these free and we should pay per game. HH and ST are both separate so I'd expect this to be separate. Until ATS and ETS2 are combined (probably never), you pay per game. Not everyone plays both games and we don't all play both equally even if we do own both games. Now what they could do is offer some type of discount for one of the games. Kinda like a particular paid mod I know of. Buy 1 get a % off. For SCS, its all the same cargo. Model it once and use for both games. Whether its full price for both games or not, this is great. I like this. The best part is both games will get it. I'm in the boat with howey on 6-10 models though. 12 is a lot but for $4.99 (guessimation), I think 6-10 is justified. For those that don't like the price, the cargo itself or amount in the pack.........don't buy it.

Just putting this on everyone’s radar—it appears the likely Volvo Machines DLC has began receiving regular Steamdb updates as of Monday, September 13. The DLC has been added to the main game updates.

Also noting that the world of trucks server is going offline again for maintenance—this typically happens around the time a new DLC is scheduled to drop. If that’s the case again this time around, I’d happily welcome the DLC to arrive this week! 🙌🏼

It could also be a stability update to the WOT, or an addition to the current event, e.g. cattle transport which is not present in the Wyoming event .
ETS2:promods + Middle-East Add-On + TGS / ATS:promods Canada

I like the sound of the Volvo dlc coming this week much better, lol. Considering it was teased for both game a few weeks ago, it could be time. SCS typically only teases 2-3 weeks out for future releases. Some big like a Volvo dlc, would be held secret for as long as possible and only revealed when it only needs polishing for release. I'm ready to drop cash for both games........yes both game. Don't expect to pay once and get the dlc for both. People think that all the time. If you play both games, you buy both dlc's. I'm sure the price would be $4.99 USD/EU. I'm just hoping we have a solid 6-8 different pieces of cargo.

Has anyone thought of this? It would be great to see these Volvo machines on all map assets. :D
