@Deltatristar500 To change a value that high you need to do it outside of ATS in the profile you're editing.

The pathing to change this is "Document/American Truck Simulator/Profiles/controls.sii

If I type in c_ff then hit tab, I see this in the list: c_ff_fricton that is no second "i".

actually, it is not typo. those identifiers are limited to 12 characters (token). so it is kind of shortcut.
they were not expected to be written by hand.

Not as far my experience goes. Wheel is still mush game is still unplayable. Having said that I have plans to put the wheel away and become re-aquatinted with my Logitech wireless controller. It’s not perfect but might be a better experience

IMO the revisited FF is otherwise OK (not perfect, but usable and in many ways better than the old one) except for the extremely annoying near-center deadzone/wobble and sudden grip of FF where the deadzone ends. Especially noteable on highway speeds in long left or right sweeps, where the wheel is kept at or near the critical point where this behavior occurs. Very unrealistic and personally ruins the driving experience.

You can open your controls.ssi file (in \Documents\American Truck Simulator\steam_profiles\########\) and modify it directly with a text editor.
