Escort
Is it possible to add the escorts to the other SCS trailers that are oversize and heavy. It looks funny having a oversize and heavy trailer without no escort.

Re: Escort
The only reason the escorts work with the Special Transports is that the map has various pathing nodes added so the escorts know which route to take.
Compared to the rest of the AI traffic, the escorts are rather brainless as they only follow scripted paths with limited interactions with the player.
I don't think there is a way to have the escorts lead/follow your planned delivery route with a heavy cargo without said paths being added to the map.
And adding paths for every possible route combination would be a maddening task, particularly with detours involved.

Re: Escort
I never thought of that. It makes sense. Thanks for the answer...

Re: Escort
So in light of that (pun intended), it would be nice if they included more warning light options: grill lights/trailer mounted lights/etc for those of us who have to 'self escort' oversized loads. ETS has grill mounted LED warning lights/rear bumper mounted warning lights.... it would be easy for SCS to port over to ATS.
Triple articulated trailer with stuff hanging off either side: little rotating light on roof of cab is all you get for waring power.
There are some mods out there that address this, but it's very bare market for truck mounted warning lighting.
