C:\conversion_dump This is how I put it together. Is this right or is there another way. Could someone post a pic or the command line in full starting with c:\

Yeah, pretty much. The target folder can be anywhere. In the steam launcher for ATS, I had -conversion_dump_path "E:\Downloads\converted mods\ATS" (Similar for ETS2)

so with this do i have to take the pmg files out of the mod or can i just direct this command to my mod folder?

Now that blender has PIX support and PIX has archive support, you're really better off running it through blender properly.

@worksgr8: No, you don't take them out of the mod. The game converts them (as a copy) and puts them in the folder you chose, with the same folder structure that is in the mod. You then drag those files back into the mod, and viola you have an updated mod.
