Hello. i have searched on the internet (wiki) and on www.macktrucks.com they still making the trucks. and the game ats have not much trucks. so it will be awesome if you add these trucks.

It's all about licences, nothing to do with SCS not having the ideas, I'm sure if the Devs had their way there'd be at least as many brands in ATS as there are in ETS2, but.. Lawyers..

Technically, ATS already has Mack trucks... at least in AI traffic.

The dump trucks and garbage trucks in AI traffic are specifically the R series from the late-'90s/early-'00s.

They could in the distant or near future, but however current licensing issues prevent these trucks as in Semi trucks to be added. But maybe we'll see the semi trucks too that would be great.

SCS have been sitting on a Volvo VNL for nearly 2 years but obviously still don't yet have the clearance to include it in-game officially. I mention this because Volvo owns Mack, and if Volvo ever gives SCS the OK to finally include the VNL in ATS, perhaps that could open the door for Mack to be included as well.

That's the point.
If you ask for a licence, the lawyers have all the time of the world and give you for example several months or years the answer.
BUT....
If you use it without a licence or permission, they react in seconds!
