How does one apply to take part in Beta's for ATS and ETS2?

To start with you need to be active/helpful on the forum and have several bug reports from main build and/or public beta, which are correctly reported as per the guidelines.
It would probably help if you were a member for more than a few months as well.
Once you fit in that bracket then it will come down to whether SCS are looking for new Testers.
