Idaho map problem

Hi. I just bought Idaho DLC, and big was my surprise when I realized I can't drive INTO that State. There are some roads inside Idaho, but I cannot get into Idaho....Anybody experienced this?? (I do have quite a few addons, but no map addons

Outdated mods. Just because you don't have a map mod, doesn't mean you don't have a mod that edits the map in some way.
