Steam Workshop Uploader?

#1 Post by DieselJC » 28 Aug 2020 09:13

New member here. I want to upload a few skins I made to the Steam Workshop so I found the SCS Workshop uploader tool but it says its only compatible with 1.37. Is there an updated uploader someplace and I just missed it? Thanks in advance.

You can update it through the steam library. Where it shows the word Games on the upper left, click there and it should open a drop down and you can choose to add tools to the list. It will then open a lengthy list of choices. Scroll till you see SCS workshop uploader and update from there.

Make sure the uploader isn't opted into a beta.

Ok I got the correct version now. Question is its asking me to create files that are already inside the scs skin file so do I just create the folder with those files in it? Seems strange it wants something already in the scs file.

Workshop uploader I believe does not work with .scs files. It will work with .zip however.
