Loading Steam Inventory Items

Usually if I even notice this window, it's gone within a couple seconds. Today, not so. First it stayed for about 30 seconds then gave an error. Now, it goes away after 10-15 seconds. Strange....

Even I set "-noworkshop" command-line parameter, this window still appear.

Because it is not workshop. It checks for any valid items that you have in your inventory fitting ATS.

Why did it start lagging out, I wonder? No new mods for me for a few days.. it's weird. I like when things make sense lol.

It's not looking for mods, and probably about your connection

Or whatever server it relies on is having a slow day.

Just click cancel if it sticks around longer than you would like. Of course if you unlock any inventory items when the events start up you won't be able to use the content in game if you disable it permanently.

Why must there appear such a window? Why can not do this in the background without disturbing the gameplay.
