Is this a Mod Order issue?

For a heavier modder what is the best loading order, Usually all of my mods seem to work fairly well together, I have C2C and Canardream installed and the layout of the map is all screwed up. I know I must have some things out of order but I don't know what they are. This is on a brand new profile, im a long time player of both ATS and ETS2 but have been super busy lately. I Just updated to newest versions of everything I could find. Also what tool is everyone to screenshot the game so I can add pics of my mod order screen, ive tried taking a screen shot via windows with the game open but it just takes a screen shot of the desktop. Thanks for any help you can provide!

In game, if you press F10 it should take a screenshot of what you see. That screenshot is saved in ~Documents/American Truck Simulator/screenshot folder in .png format and also in .jpg format somewhere in the Steam installation directory.

Canadream should be above C2C.
I hit F12 to take a screenshot with Steam.
