1.29.1.1 - Events on streets rarely

While testing the public beta during the last days I could adjust the events ( police on the highway / construction areas... ) inside the gameplay options. Since the update today, even by setting the option to MAX there is no construction area or car crash on the highway. Anyone else have this issue?

Nope I have never seen so much road trouble in my life....
