Missing icon when uploaded it via SCS Workshop Uploader

i have small bug when uploading mod on scs workshop uploader.

how to fix this bug?

sorry for that missing image. Now solved. Anyone know that bug? how to fix it?
im also check my manifest.sii and i not found any trouble

The file needs to be 640*360 pixels in size. And unless you've specified otherwise, must be in the same directory as your zipped mod file when uploading.

The second one is an issue in your files, possibly from your blender build.
